Persistent project decision memory for AI coding agents. Selvedge is an MIT-licensed Python CLI and local stdio MCP server that stores explicitly recorded rationale and rejected approaches in SQLite. Eight tools let agents record changes, retrieve entity history, check prior attempts, and find decisions due for review across coding sessions. No account or API key required.
